Accomodations There are reasonably-priced hotels in Israel. The best value
accommodations are guest houses and hostels. You get to sample real Israeli life and eat real Israeli food. Listed below are
some good options for housing (this list is not extensive). Check on the internet for current prices. Most accommodations
include breakfast. Web Sites www.israel-travel.net www.net-travel.org/kibbutz www.inisrael.com
Note: "Hostel" doesn't necessarily mean 15 teenagers rooming together; most are just
modest, affordable hotels.

For those who want to rent a vehicle or have already reserved
one there are several clearly marked desks on the floor above the arrival terminal at Ben Gurion Airport. The car rental company
will direct you to your car which is in the terminal parking lot. During the holidays in Israel the prices are higher. It
is possible to have more than one driver on the contract. Gas prices in Israel are high in comparison to US prices, so plan
your budget accordingly. If you intend to have a guide or workers ride with you some of the time, keep that in mind when you
decide on the size of vehicle to rent. Some credit card companies cover car insurance for rental vehicles, so check with your
credit card company to see if they cover car rental in Israel.

Taxis You can use taxis or shiruts throughout the country. Shirut
taxis are vans that carry several people who share the cost of the trip. Taxis and shiruts are dependable and safe. Bus travel
is used extensively throughout Israel, but for your personal security we do not recommend that you use the buses.
